Get Your Burn On: Full Body Circuit Workout

Happy Tuesday R & B readers (and anyone looking for a workout)! Sometimes I get to the gym and think “hmm… I can’t possibly spend another minute on the DREADmill or the elliptical without completely losing my sanity. I need something new.” Well, if you’re feeling bored with your fitness routine, too, look no further! This circuit workout is calling your name.

Warm up:

10 minutes cardio (elliptical, treadmill, etc)

Circuit one:

15 burpees
15 mountain climbers
15 bent-leg jack knifes with weights
x3

Circuit two:

30 squats
30 mountain climbers
30 second plank

Circuit three:

15 burpees
15 mountain climbers
15 bent-leg jack knifes with weights
x3

1 minute wall sit

Cool down:

10 minutes slow cardio
