Guys, it is warm out today. I am wearing a denim jumper sans tights or boots or jacket. It’s like the heavens have opened up and sent the sun down to us. PRAISE.
So, in honor of the warmth, I’m gifting you all with a spring/summer themed Obsessed With today.
The Unexpected Everything by Morgan Matson
I know, I know, I technically already reviewed this book, but I’m still obsessing. Seriously. I can’t stop thinking about all the wonderful characters and their dynamic stories! I now own it in Kindle and hardcover form because it was just too good and the cover is just too cute; my shelf needed it! But, let me expand my obsessing and say I’m so ready to hit the beach and have a total Morgan Matson summer re-read, starting with Amy and Roger’s Epic Detour. If you know what’s best for you this sunny season, you’ll do the same!
Okay, I bought this tea initially because of the whole “alleviate stomach pains” selling point, but it tastes so good. I love that it’s caffeine-free because I’m able to guzzle as much as I want in a single day. Since I’ve starting drinking it, I’ve seriously boosted my daily water consumption. It’s also equally as good iced. In fact, maybe it’s even better. I got my tea at Chapters (the goddess Canadian bookstore chain), but you can order it online.
#tbt to 1995. I have mailed so many cards this week, all of which were decorated in adorable donut and avocado stickers. I even threw some confetti inside the envelopes (which was maybe not super appropriate for a break-up sympathy card, but hey, nothing cheers a sad girl up quite like picking up tiny confetti pieces off the carpet right?). For when I don’t have time to deck out envelopes, post cards are the perfect solution, and Bando has the cutest set! I bought my pack at Aerie, but again, online shopping was invented for a reason. You’ll love this pack, and your friends will love you even more for sending them!
My new Mason Jar Company tumbler
This was another Chapters find. (Truly 95% of my shopping is done there. ily Chapters.) And I’m so obsessed. Here are the advantages: It is large enough to fit 2 1/2 cups of liquid, but it’s thin enough to still fit in my car cup holder. I’ve only had it three days, and already I’ve gotten so many compliments on it! Even my barista was asking where I bought it. (Right after she gave me my iced tea for free because HI, I FORGOT MY WALLET, and maybe she wouldn’t have done that had I not had such a cute cup.) I’ve had a few mason jar cups in the past, but the size + the lid of this one is so much better. The design is perfect for summer, and I can’t wait to sip my TLC tea from it.
What are you obsessed with this week/summer? Hit me up, so I can be obsessed too!
Love and TLC hugs, Rosie
